Membership Billing
Monthly memberships automatically renew until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize Mint A.I. LLC to charge your selected payment method at each recurring billing period.
Membership pricing, benefits, and included educational resources may change at any time.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring membership at any time before your next billing cycle.
Once cancelled, your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your membership.
Members are responsible for managing their own subscriptions.
Refund Policy
Because membership provides immediate access to a private educational community, educational resources, digital materials, and proprietary educational content:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
• dissatisfaction
• trading losses
• lack of participation
• scheduling conflicts
• misunderstanding the service
• failure to use the membership
• accidental purchases
• failure to cancel before renewal

Lifetime Memberships
If lifetime memberships are offered, "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the MTM program operated by Mint A.I. LLC.
Lifetime access does not refer to the lifetime of any owner, employee, or member.
Community Standards
We strive to maintain a professional educational environment.
Members agree to treat others respectfully and professionally.
The following are prohibited:
• harassment
• abusive language
• threats
• discrimination
• spam
• advertising
• account sharing
• sharing proprietary content
• disrupting community discussions
• illegal activity
Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal.
Removal from the community does not entitle a member to a refund.
Intellectual Property
All educational materials, graphics, branding, videos, written content, Discord discussions, systems, spreadsheets, calculators, frameworks, and proprietary resources are the exclusive property of Mint A.I. LLC.
Members may not:
• reproduce content
• distribute content
• sell content
• record or rebroadcast content
• post screenshots publicly
• share proprietary educational materials
• share login credentials
Unauthorized use may result in removal from the community and legal action where appropriate.
Technology Disclaimer
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by:
• Discord outages
• hosting providers
• internet failures
• payment processors
• software updates
• third-party platform failures
Temporary interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks may result in:
• immediate termination of membership
• permanent removal from MTM
• permanent loss of future membership eligibility
• collection efforts where permitted by law
Right to Refuse or Terminate Membership
Mint A.I. LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion.
We also reserve the right to remove any member whose conduct we believe is disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, harmful to the community, or otherwise inconsistent with our values.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mint A.I. LLC, its owners, moderators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, educational materials, Discord community, or membership services.
You assume full responsibility for every investment decision you make.
Legacy Minted Trading
Certain legacy Minted Trading, Minted Edge, Centurion, and Mint A.I. educational materials or communities may continue to exist for existing members.
Those services remain governed by these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated.

Since trades have not actually been executed, simulated results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of certain market factors.
