Q. Can I cancel my monthly membership anytime?

A. Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time before your billing cycle renews.

To ensure your cancellation is processed correctly, you must email Support@mintingthemarkets.com at least 3 days prior to your renewal date.

Stripe also sends an automatic renewal reminder 3 days prior to the email address used at checkout (check spam/junk folders).

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellation.
If you fail to cancel in time, you may be billed for the next billing period. No refunds are provided for late cancellations.

Q. Can I get a refund after I sign up?

A. No. Due to the nature of Live educational products and immediate access to content, tools, and community resources, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please ensure you want to join before completing your purchase.

Q. Do you offer trials?

A. No. We do not offer free trials.

This service is not designed for “one day testing.” Most members need at least 1–2 months to understand the process, structure, and style. Members also receive instant access to educational material and community discussion.

Q. Is this a trade alert service?

A. No. Minted Trading is not a generic “trade alert service.”

While Minted A.I. may generate triggers or ideas, the service is focused on education, market analysis, levels, structure, and informational content.

You are paying for access to:

market interpretation and analysis
real-time informational content posted inside Discord
education and discussion (depending on membership tier)
additional tools and frameworks (including Minted A.I. components)

Any triggers are supplemental and do not constitute trade advice or guaranteed outcomes.

Q. What is Minted A.I.?

A. Minted A.I. is a proprietary informational system used within Minted Trading. It generates market-based triggers and idea signals that may assist with trend direction and market structure.

These triggers are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Q. How many Minted A.I. signals will I see each week?

A. It varies. There is no minimum or maximum number of signals.

Some weeks you may see none. Other weeks may produce more activity. Historically this may range anywhere from 0–10 signals per week, with an average of approximately 3–4 depending on market conditions.

Q. Do you trade all day?

A. No. I do not trade all day, and I may not trade every day.

I will be active in the community, but there is no guarantee that trades will be taken or posted daily.

There may be days where I am not present, traveling, or on vacation. I believe in doing less and taking quality setups only.

Q. Who is this service for?

A. This service is designed for traders who want to learn over time and improve their process.

It is best suited for members seeking:

education and market interpretation
trade ideas (not instructions)
levels and structure-based analysis
a community and support environment
long-term growth and accountability

This is not a service for traders looking for overnight success or guaranteed profits.

We do not provide:

financial advice
personalized investment recommendations
trade instructions or “hand holding”

All content is provided as educational and informational material only.

Q. Are there rules in the Discord server?

A. Yes. All members must follow the rules and code of conduct outlined on this page and inside the Discord server.

To maintain a professional and organized community:

abusive behavior, harassment, disruption, or rule violations will not be tolerated
members who violate the rules may be removed immediately

Members removed for violating rules/terms are not eligible for refunds, as removal is considered a breach of the Terms of Service.

Membership Plans

Mint A.I. LLC offers the following membership plans (pricing and features subject to change):

Minted Edge — $125/month
Centurion Inner Circle — $185/month
Bundle (Centurion + Minted Edge) — $250/month

Membership contents and included features may be viewed on our website.

Service Delivery / Access to Discord

Upon purchase, members will receive access to join our Discord community through the link provided on our website.

Access is typically granted within 24 hours or less after purchase (approval timing may vary on weekends/holidays).

We track membership access activity (join/leave history) and can verify that service access was provided.

Nature of the Service / Type of Service Purchased

Minted Trading is a live, interactive educational membership service delivered through our Discord community.

Membership provides access (depending on plan selected) to real-time features including:

Live market commentary
Live educational discussions and training
Interactive community chat / Q&A (tier dependent)
Proprietary informational feeds shared live inside Discord
Futures-focused live feed access (Minted Edge)
Access to the live community environment and ongoing educational workflow

This is a live Discord environment, where membership access and participation in the community setting is the core of the service.

Refund Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of this service being a live membership program:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Once membership is purchased and access is granted, the service has been delivered for the membership term.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

dissatisfaction with the service or style
failure to use the service
buyers remorse
personal scheduling conflicts
trading losses or outcomes
failure to read or understand these Terms

By purchasing membership, you agree to the no refund policy.

Cancellation Policy (Monthly Memberships)

Minted Edge and Centurion Inner Circle are recurring monthly memberships that renew every 30 days from the date of signup.

Members may cancel at any time prior to renewal.

To ensure cancellation is processed correctly, you must email:

If you fail to cancel in time, your membership may renew and you may be billed for the next period.
No refunds are provided for late cancellations.

Pricing Changes / Promotions / Grandfathering

Pricing, included features, offerings, and availability may change at any time.

If you are locked into a promotional or legacy membership price, it will be honored only if:

your membership remains active, and
there are no lapses, failed payments, chargebacks, cancellations, or gaps in service

If you cancel, leave, or your membership lapses, promotional pricing becomes void.

If you return later, you will pay the current publicly available rate at the time of return.

One-Time Memberships (Non-Refundable)

Centurion Inner Circle+ and/or lifetime membership options may be offered periodically as one-time membership fees.

ALL ONE-TIME MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Do not purchase expecting refunds due to:

buyers remorse
changing your mind
misunderstanding the service
failure to read these Terms

Lifetime Access Definition (If Offered)

Centurion Inner Circle+ and/or Minted Edge+ lifetime members receive lifetime Discord membership access.

“Lifetime access” refers to access for the lifetime of the membership service/program as operated by Mint A.I. LLC.

Access remains active unless:

the member voluntarily leaves or requests cancellation, or
the member violates community rules / terms of service

Technology / Downtime Disclaimer

We are not responsible for downtime, delays, or service interruptions caused by:

Discord outages
hosting providers
payment processors
internet service issues
third-party software/platform failures

Temporary outages or delays do not qualify for refunds.

Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims may result in:

immediate removal from the service
permanent ban from the Discord community
permanent loss of access to any current or future services

We maintain membership access logs and service delivery records and will contest disputes where appropriate.

Code of Conduct / Server Rules

All members must follow the Discord rules and code of conduct.

We reserve the right to remove members who disrupt the community, violate rules, harass others, share content outside the server, or otherwise breach Terms.

Members removed for violating rules are not eligible for refunds.

Intellectual Property / Content Use

All website content, Discord content, feeds, frameworks, systems, and educational materials are the property of Mint A.I. LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members may access and use content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, or share content
post screenshots, trade ideas, or proprietary information outside the community
redistribute access or share accounts
share Minted Edge content in Centurion channels or external servers
reverse engineer or attempt to replicate systems/tools

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and may be pursued legally.

No Duty to Alert / No Guarantee of Updates

We are not obligated to:

post a minimum number of ideas, updates, or signals
provide follow-ups on any discussion, idea, or market commentary
alert members to changes, exits, or trade management

Members are responsible for monitoring their own positions and decisions.

AS-IS / AS-AVAILABLE

All services and content, including user-generated content, are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

We make no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mint A.I. LLC and all affiliates, owners, moderators, and representatives are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the service.

the service may not be profitable
the service may not prevent losses
trading outcomes vary by individual
your personal results will vary and are not guaranteed
